Product Operations Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with NYC headquarters and US-remote options

Salary: New York City $158K–$209K; Remote Premium $143K–$189K; Remote Standard $136K–$179K, plus equity and bonuses

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence for a cross-functional Data squad within the R&D organization.
• Manage initiatives for launching and updating machine learning models and supporting AI-powered features across product squads.
• Improve tooling and best practices for A/B experimentation across multiple functions.
• Monitor KPIs and OKRs, maintain accurate dashboards and reports, and provide data-driven decision support.
• Identify product lifecycle friction, optimize workflows, and improve process hygiene and delivery velocity.
• Coordinate product, engineering, design, finance, analytics, and go-to-market stakeholders during planning and execution.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or program management.
• Experience supporting large, complex, cross-functional product organizations.
• Strong root-cause analysis, first-principles problem-solving, risk mitigation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Clear communication and presentation skills for diverse cross-functional audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Ability to define strategy-aligned KPIs and partner with data analysts on performance dashboards.
