Lead, Product Management (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Base compensation: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own complex, multi-stream product engagements from discovery and definition through delivery and post-launch.
• Set product direction, define vision, validate decisions with market and user research, and shape what gets built.
• Gather and define requirements, including stakeholder needs, jobs to be done, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own product roadmaps and drive sprint planning and execution with production teams.
• Partner with clients and collaborate across Design, Engineering, Copy, Strategy, and Production.
• Develop junior product managers while adapting to different working styles, timelines, and product contexts.

Requirements

• Significant product management, strategy, or related experience in an agency or product environment.
• Experience leading complex engagements across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience with product direction, roadmapping, requirements definition, analytics, user testing, and qualitative research.
• Experience working across both B2B and B2C products.
• Fluency with AI tools and experience shaping AI-powered product features or experiences.
• Strong communication, client partnership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
