Product Operations Lead (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Connect Operations and Product by surfacing operator needs, building product cases, and shaping the roadmap for frontier AI data projects.
• Modernize operations tooling with agents by identifying suitable processes, connecting tools with Engineering, evaluating agents, and redesigning workflows.
• Lead high-priority, operations-intensive initiatives from planning through execution and organizational adoption.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define success metrics, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Represent operator needs across Product and Engineering, provide early feature feedback, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Use SQL, Python, and coding agents to analyze operational problems and measure the impact of shipped solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or delivery operations in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to prioritize high-leverage initiatives and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Knowledge of GenAI data operations, including how projects are staffed, executed, and delivered; 6+ months of GenAI data pipeline delivery experience is preferred.
• Technical background with the ability to independently perform data analytics using SQL or Python; a computer science or STEM degree is ideal.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate operational friction into engineering solutions.
• Ability to build zero-to-one processes, operate in ambiguity, and drive workstreams from conception through execution.

• Base salary range of $180,800–$226,000 USD, with compensation determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
• Eligible roles may include equity compensation, subject to approval.
