Product Manager (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Salary: $132,000–$194,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and product motion for C3 Code, from user ideas through deployed applications.
• Shape coding-agent orchestration, agent skills, and MCP connections to enterprise tools, data, and systems.
• Define evaluations and success metrics for agent accuracy, reliability, and task completion using traces and model outputs.
• Design user journeys for target customers and industries, including activation, onboarding, conversion, and retention.
• Work with enterprise customers and forward deployed engineering to translate real workflows and feedback into product requirements.
• Support customer demos, workshops, marketing events, and other go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software requirements, including security, SSO, RBAC, governance, compliance, data privacy, integrations, and flexible deployment.
• Technical fluency in application architecture, APIs, LLMs, agents, tool use, evaluations, model outputs, and traces.
• Hands-on understanding of agentic systems, including planning loops, multi-step reasoning, tool use, failure handling, and recovery.
• Strong customer focus, execution speed, communication, and ability to synthesize feedback into priorities.
• United States work authorization without current or future company sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, product-led SaaS, or self-serve products at scale.
• Domain exposure to supply chain, sustainability, defense, financial services, or similar industries.
• Hands-on experience improving activation, onboarding, conversion, or retention metrics.
