Director, Integration & Data Migration

Location: Remote within the United States, supporting a government contract for a client in Washington, DC. US Citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance are required.

Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the integration and data migration program across core implementation and client transitions.
• Direct integration architecture across federal payroll, benefits, time and attendance, retirement, and agency-specific systems.
• Define data migration strategy covering preparation, governance, target architecture, quality controls, reference services, ingestion, and downstream use.
• Direct multi-agency migration sequencing against complexity tiers and the government-wide July 2027 deadline.
• Maintain accountability for migration accuracy standards and post-migration audit outcomes.
• Apply authorized AI and automation to improve the accuracy, efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness of migration and interconnection activities, while coordinating risks and decisions with Oracle leadership and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years of consulting or leadership experience.
• Program-level ownership of enterprise integration and large-scale data migration efforts.
• Deep experience with cloud HCM or ERP integration architecture and large-volume data migration.
• Experience directing distributed technical teams across concurrent workstreams.

Nice to have

• Federal HR systems experience and familiarity with the federal payroll provider landscape.
• Multi-agency or shared-service migration program experience.
• Experience with FedRAMP Moderate or higher environments.
• Master’s degree.
