Associate Director Executive Recruiter

Location: Plantation, Florida, United States

Salary: $137,500–$221,500 per year, plus eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and possible annual bonus for C08+ positions.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle searches for Director- to Vice President-level executive roles.
• Create research and search strategies for competitive and niche talent markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with external executive talent beyond individual searches.
• Partner with C-level clients on search strategy, progress communication, interviews, debriefs, and candidate closing.
• Assess teams, organizations, and candidates using behavioral and technical evaluation techniques.
• Use AI, technology, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting practices to improve search execution and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in executive recruiting across tech and non-tech markets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong operational acuity, scalable strategy execution, and ability to provide data-driven insights.
• Experience advising, influencing, and partnering with executive leadership.
• Experience leading multifaceted executive hiring initiatives across functional groups.
• Bachelor's degree.
