is growing its North America recruiting function and strengthening talent acquisition capabilities across technical and professional services hiring.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters while setting priorities, operating rhythms, and performance expectations.
- Own complex searches from intake through close, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview management, offers, and closing.
- Recruit senior talent across engineering, cloud, AI, data, leadership, and professional services roles.
- Advise hiring managers and executives with market intelligence, hiring-profile calibration, and creative solutions to difficult searches.
- Improve sourcing, interviewing, candidate experience, recruiting operations, reporting, and scalable recruiting practices.
- Use AI and automation for outreach, analytics, scheduling, reporting, scorecard analysis, and talent-market research.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including recruiting-team leadership and experience in professional services organizations.
- Proven success recruiting senior technical talent across engineering, cloud, AI, data, and professional services environments.
- Experience managing a recruiting team while maintaining hands-on ownership of searches.
- Strong executive presence, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical experience using recruiting data to guide decisions and measure funnel health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and team productivity.
- Experience implementing recruiting process improvements, tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
