Creative Technologist (AI)

Location: Remote, must be based in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work full-time hours aligned with US Central Time (CT).

What you will do

• Translate creative and business requests into scoped, testable GenAI workflows with defined requirements, success criteria, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain GenAI workflows, feeds, agents, and automation pipelines across multiple models.
• Configure prompts, model settings, workflow logic, agent behavior, quality-control mechanisms, and scoring systems.
• Design and maintain node-based workflows, design system components, templates, and modular creative assets.
• Document workflow configurations, testing results, learnings, playbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Facilitate discovery and stakeholder-alignment workshops while partnering with creative, marketing, brand, studio, production, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating enterprise GenAI workflows, pipelines, agents, or automation systems.
• Experience with node-based or graph-based workflow editors and visual logic builders such as ComfyUI, n8n, Figma Weave, or similar tools.
• Experience configuring prompts, workflows, agents, and model selection across multiple GenAI models.
• Ability to evaluate and optimize AI-generated outputs against quality standards, acceptance criteria, and production KPIs.
• Client-facing or senior-stakeholder experience in an enterprise, corporate, agency, or consultancy environment, with strong communication and workshop-facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of creative and marketing production lifecycles, including briefs, asset production, review and approval, brand asset management, and modular design systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, and Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront or comparable enterprise creative-operations platforms.
• Exposure to 3D asset pipelines, spatial design, CGI, data visualization, analytics dashboards, or other emerging creative technologies.
• Experience with Pencil.ai or similar AI-powered creative automation platforms.
