What you will do
- Take creative briefs from concept to delivery across static design, motion design, video, campaigns, sponsorship activations, and merchandise.
- Experiment with image and video models, control techniques, audio tools, and generative pipelines, turning useful approaches into production-ready creative work.
- Build, document, and maintain tools, templates, and automated pipelines for image and video generation, model fine-tuning, upscaling, finishing, and versioning.
- Train models on brand assets using LoRAs, fine-tunes, and reference systems to improve brand consistency.
- Teach and coach designers and editors, helping the creative team adopt practical AI workflows.
- Evaluate emerging models and tools while defining guidance for rights, provenance, content credentials, brand safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in design, motion, video, or creative technology, supported by a portfolio demonstrating strong craft.
- Practical fluency with generative AI for image, video, and audio, plus LLMs used in creative and production workflows.
- Technical ability to script and automate workflows using Python, JavaScript, APIs, or node-based tools.
- Experience teaching, coaching, or building workflows that creative teams adopted and continued using.
- Curiosity about casino, gaming, or entertainment and an ability to assess AI tools critically.
