AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Brazil; remote home office

What you will do

• Build, integrate, and ship AI-powered features for enterprise-grade digital solutions.
• Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows for code generation, review, testing, and documentation.
• Design and document components, workflows, data flows, and integration layers with attention to scalability, modularity, and performance.
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, negotiate trade-offs, and make technical decisions.
• Help the team adopt AI-accelerated software development practices consistently.

Requirements

• Senior-level, hands-on software development experience.
• Strong command of high-level programming languages, programming logic, clean code, and testing.
• Experience with PHP and JavaScript or related tools and solutions.
• Practical experience with AI solutions and AI-accelerated SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of CMS concepts, headless architectures, and integration with frontend frameworks.
• Advanced English required for communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven personalization or content recommendation features.
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok or Sanity.io.
• Experience with AI evaluation and observability, including prompt versioning, regression testing, and tracing.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and MCP integrations.
