Master Generative AI Developer (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready applications using large language models and foundation model platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Gemini, and OpenAI SDK.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines that process and retrieve information from large-scale document repositories.
• Implement multi-agent AI systems using AWS Bedrock Agents and AgentCore frameworks.
• Develop Python backend services, APIs, scalable AI pipelines, containerized deployments, and enterprise integrations.
• Design prompts, evaluate and fine-tune models, and experiment with configurations, hyperparameters, and architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, solution architects, stakeholders, and engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• Professional software engineering and backend development experience; full-stack experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and foundation model APIs.
• Experience with agentic architectures and implementation, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or OpenSearch, embedding models, or knowledge graphs.
• Knowledge of Python, modern frameworks and libraries, DevOps, public cloud practices, and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.

Nice to have

• Full-stack development experience.
• Experience participating in sales initiatives related to generative AI.
