Technical Operations Manager (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote or Hybrid in Vancouver, BC).

Salary: $96,000 – $120,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Own operational excellence and governance across the full product development lifecycle.
• Lead tool strategy and integration decisions for core platforms including Jira, ProductBoard, and Amplitude.
• Design and automate scalable workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Resolve systemic data issues and ensure consistency across product development artifacts.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate operational findings into strategic recommendations.
• Drive adoption of new processes across a large, multi-disciplinary organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• 5–7 years of experience in product operations or program management within a SaaS environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with SDLC tools, specifically Jira and ProductBoard.
• Proven ability to design and scale operational frameworks and governance structures.
• Strong appetite for automation using scripting (Python/JavaScript) and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with analytics tooling like Amplitude to support product launches.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jellyfish, Guru, Confluence, or Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
