What you will do

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Develop enterprise security capabilities including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink.
• Lead the migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployment models, including account domain and subdomain changes.
• Define requirements for expansion into new regions and cloud providers, including data residency, regional isolation, and cloud parity.
• Improve login, sign-up, account discovery, invitations, user and group management, and enterprise provisioning.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, and field teams to turn enterprise security blockers into product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including work with identity, access management, security, or infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience shipping authentication and authorization products involving SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, or identity providers.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models, tenancy isolation, regional expansion, and migration between deployment models.
• Strong technical foundation for architecture discussions and design reviews with engineering.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and converting security requirements into prioritized product work.
• Excellent written communication and comfort working asynchronously on a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience at an identity provider such as Okta, Auth0, or Entra, or with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud identity and deployment products.
• Experience with PrivateLink, VPC peering, or customer-managed network isolation.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA, GDPR, or data residency requirements.
• Experience migrating large customer bases between deployment or tenancy models.
• Experience with telemetry, observability, dbt, analytics engineering, or modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift.
