Principal Product Manager - Identity Threat Detection & Response

Location: Canada; remote-first environment

Salary: CAD 154,000–243,600 base annually, plus stock program and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity threat detection and response within hirify.global Security.
• Define protection for service accounts, workloads, secrets, and autonomous AI agents across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Partner with threat research, detection engineering, data science, engineering, and design teams to build identity-focused investigation and response experiences.
• Develop containment strategies using identity-system integrations and automated responses with appropriate human oversight.
• Work with enterprise customers, security operations teams, sales, and solution architects to identify requirements and prioritize product capabilities.
• Represent hirify.global’s identity-security strategy through market analysis, analyst engagement, content, talks, and community participation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for security products such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or detection and response.
• Deep knowledge of identity security, including Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, privileged access, ITDR, and UEBA.
• Experience with non-human identities, service accounts, workloads, secrets, and AI agents.
• Strong technical understanding of behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, and agentic systems.
• Ability to lead across matrixed organizations, influence stakeholders, and drive execution at principal level.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused approach to solving security-operations problems.
