Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Design and implement rate-based assembly processes in collaboration with Production and Engineering teams
• Manage projects to increase rate and throughput of capacitor production line including floor layout and tooling
• Develop business processes such as non-conformance management, process control, and asset maintenance to support production scale-up
• Gather and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and deploy solutions including design and process changes
• Identify and recommend capital equipment and software improvements partnering with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate on future process development while supporting current production output

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of technical experience in production system development and improvement
• Hands-on experience in rate-based manufacturing
• Experience communicating and influencing across organizational lines
• Ownership of complex engineering or production scopes from start to finish
