Senior IBM Case Manager/BAW Developer (IBM Case Manager/BAW)

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and support IBM Case Manager and BAW workflow and case solutions.
• Build Java/J2EE applications, batch processes, UI components, and client-side functionality with JavaScript and Dojo.
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate applications with backend systems and enterprise platforms.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot database queries to support application functionality and performance.
• Analyze requirements, participate in technical solutioning, and collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Debug and resolve application issues across development and production environments while following coding, security, and SDLC practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing IBM Case Manager 5.3.x solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience.
• Experience with REST API design and development, JavaScript, SQL, and database query development.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, enterprise application environments, and multi-platform environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with IBM Content Navigator, BAW 24.0.0, Datacap 9.1.x, and IBM P8 5.5.
• Experience with IBM FileNet Content Management, CPE, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server or similar middleware platforms.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
