What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalog items, record producers, Flow Designer workflows, and task orchestration.
• Architect complex multi-stage workflows with routing, approvals, SLAs, and parallel or sequential task execution.
• Establish ServiceNow development standards, reusable patterns, configuration practices, and governance controls.
• Design and support integrations with external systems such as Jira, internal APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Lead code and design reviews, source control, CI/CD alignment, and promotion of changes across environments.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of systems analysis or application development experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Expert proficiency in at least one programming language and professional proficiency in another, with hands-on ServiceNow server-side and client-side scripting experience.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform development, Service Catalog, record producers, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Experience architecting workflow-based solutions involving approvals, task orchestration, SLAs, routing rules, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, tables, relationships, configuration versus customization, and secure scalable implementation.
• Experience with source control, versioning, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and environment promotion processes.

Nice to have

• Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering complex solutions across multiple teams.
• Experience mentoring developers and implementing enterprise-scale workflow architectures.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, governance, performance optimization, and operational reporting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
