Salary: $50,000–$70,000 USD per year base pay

What you will do

• Assemble prototype drones and document assembly processes and procedures.
• Build wiring harnesses and integrate mechanical and electrical components.
• Read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Maintain inventory organization and support broader shop activities.
• Record assembly processes, test results, and encountered issues.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in drone manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in drone and harness assembly.
• Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
• May be expected to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Hobby drone-building experience.
• General shop skills in machining, basic electrical work, or fabrication.
