What you will do

  • Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), five-year integrated business plan (IBP), and rolling forecast processes.
  • Direct corporate treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity strategy, and investment portfolio monitoring.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable insights on labor utilization, indirect rates, and business risks.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting packages, board materials, and financial dashboards.
  • Develop forward pricing rates and manage incurred cost submissions.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions to optimize banking products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance required (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, specifically in planning and treasury operations.
  • Strong background in government contractor environments.
  • Proficiency with Excel; experience with PeopleSoft ERP and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Must be based in Cambridge, MA.
