Location: USA - New York City, NY. Normal office requirements apply, and applicants may be required to appear onsite at a office during the interview process. Travel requirements are 5-10%.
Salary: $165,400.00 - $295,600.00 USD per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do
- Own and govern the enterprise executive compensation philosophy, frameworks, and decision guidelines.
- Design, evaluate, and evolve global base pay, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive programs.
- Establish governance models, escalation processes, and approval protocols for compensation decisions.
- Advise senior HR, Finance, divisional, and executive leaders on pay strategy, offers, retention, succession, and complex talent scenarios.
- Interpret market data and internal analytics to support executive decisions, compensation packages, salary grades, and market rates.
- Lead and develop compensation professionals while coordinating matrixed teams and regional partners.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12-15+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership of enterprise or global compensation programs.
- Experience leading compensation teams or large-scale enterprise initiatives and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in base pay and incentive compensation design, market analysis, benchmarking, program communications, and implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of executive compensation programs, global compensation policies, long-term incentive plans, regulations, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, consulting, communication, negotiation, presentation, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
