Sr Recruiter - Studios (Game Development)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for game development studio roles across creative and technical disciplines, including design, art and animation, engineering, UX/UI, production, audio, mathematics, and quality.
• Partner with studio leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs, skill gaps, priorities, and search strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles using research, talent mapping, networks, communities, events, and direct outreach.
• Lead screening, candidate evaluation, interviews, offer development, negotiation, and closing while maintaining process momentum.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, competitive markets, candidate expectations, and compensation considerations.
• Use recruiting metrics and market data to improve sourcing, provide recommendations, and support employer branding, talent campaigns, process improvement, and recruiting technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of corporate full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment; experience recruiting for software development life cycle roles.
• Expertise in complex Boolean web search strings and advanced web sourcing techniques, including site X-ray and location-specific searches.
• Knowledge of social platforms, online communities, conferences, and sourcing pools such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Topcoder.
• Understanding of software engineering standards and trends across distributed systems, mobile engineering, frontend web engineering, and databases.
• Experience developing and analyzing recruitment metrics and using applicant tracking systems; SuccessFactors and SAP experience is a plus.
