What you will do
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies and build relationships with potential hires.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify staffing needs and align hiring decisions with market realities.
- Lead sourcing strategies for niche technical positions across software engineering, data, cloud, and QA.
- Plan and coordinate screening calls, assessments, technical tests, and interviews with hiring managers and specialists.
- Improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency through tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Support workforce planning, internal mobility, and mentoring of junior recruiters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience managing complex, senior, or niche technical roles.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguous or evolving requirements.
- Strong stakeholder influencing, communication, data interpretation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in consulting, agency, or fast-scaling environments.
