Technical Recruiter – Entry Level

What you will do

• Own recruiting requisitions end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing.
• Find technical candidates through GitHub, arXiv preprints, Apache mailing lists, niche Discord servers, conference speaker lists, and PhD research.
• Run structured interview coordination and lead candidate debriefs with hiring managers.
• Work with lead recruiters on offer strategy and candidate closing.
• Help build recruiting systems and processes from the ground up.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, sourcing, or talent coordination, or demonstrable self-directed experience.
• Evidence of commitment and initiative through clubs, side projects, sports, volunteering, or similar activities.
• Strong interest in AI, hardware, or deep tech.
• Ability to communicate naturally with technical candidates and hiring managers.
• Fast, proactive, coachable approach with low ego and high drive.
