Talent Acquisition Associate (Gamedev)

Location: Full-time on-site at the Downtown Vancouver studio, 5 days a week

Salary: CAD 45,000–65,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from understanding hiring needs and developing job postings to sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers, department leads, interviewers, and People Team stakeholders to attract and select talent.
• Build talent pipelines, maintain candidate records in the ATS, and communicate recruitment progress.
• Collect recruiting data and provide insights to support objective hiring decisions.
• Improve recruitment processes and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects.
• Support employer branding through content creation and curation for social media, websites, and blogs.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in HR or a related field.
• At least 1 year of Talent Acquisition, People coordination, or candidate management experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholder groups and communicating effectively in writing and verbally.
• Experience working with an ATS, preferably Lever.
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, persistent, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
