What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP Finance and Accounting solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Configure, test, document, enhance, upgrade, and support SAP Finance and Accounting functionality.
• Lead or contribute to transformation, continuous improvement, standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, technical teams, developers, integration teams, and vendors from solution concept through adoption.
• Evaluate AI, intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies for practical finance use cases.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP Finance and Accounting experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Finance and Accounting, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and Consolidation.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable functional solutions.
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, integration, change management, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong business partnering, communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Vertex, BlackLine, Concur, Kyriba, Agentic AP, or similar finance applications.
• SAP certification.
• Experience applying AI, intelligent automation, analytics, or emerging technologies to business processes.
