What you will do
- Lead the deployment and execution of SAP business processes across functional domains like OTC, Transportation, and Warehouse.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex process issues and act as the primary point of contact for site leadership.
- Coordinate field support efforts and guide analyst-level resources during go-live and deployment activities.
- Monitor adoption metrics, identify risks, and implement targeted interventions to ensure consistent process execution.
- Lead Hypercare activities, including issue prioritization, escalation, and resolution tracking.
- Capture lessons learned from post-go-live reviews to integrate into future deployment waves.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in IT or business process management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with business processes.
- Ability to travel significantly for onsite deployment and support activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change and managing complex stakeholder environments.
