AI ERP Implementations Lead (ERP)

Location: London, UK; remote work is also stated. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for a move to NYC after two years of tenure.

Salary: £85,000–£130,000 per year, plus £15,000–£30,000 commission and £40,000–£70,000 equity.

DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting workflows from data entry through financial close.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver customer onboarding and go-live execution.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the product roadmap through customer feedback.
• Establish and improve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards.
• Develop new approaches to delivering high-quality ERP implementations.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting and advisory.
• Leadership experience across at least 4–5 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows, and implementation best practices.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to solve complex problems.
• High agency, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a fast-moving early-stage environment.

Nice to have

• Accounting or audit background.
• CPA qualification or Big Four experience.
