What you will do

• Lead scheduling for Transportation Coordinators and Switcher Drivers to support fulfillment center operations.
• Coordinate safety training and certification for the Switcher Program.
• Train and mentor transportation associates on safety, quality, efficiency, and service metrics.
• Manage daily relationships with local carriers, provide service feedback, and resolve operational issues.
• Review employee timesheets and vendor invoices, and coordinate switch tractor scheduling and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze operational data, document performance, and drive process improvements through associate feedback.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or distribution center operations.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Webex, and HighJump.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to travel occasionally, less than 10%.

Nice to have

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of Tableau and SQL.
