Implementation Specialist

What you will do

• Support pre- and post-implementation activities according to established implementation processes.
• Gather customer requirements and develop customer-focused configuration and integration strategies.
• Document configuration test scenarios to support QA and provide product expertise across hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product, development, sales, and customer support teams.
• Train customers on delivered configurations when required.
• Support customer deliveries and prepare Professional Services documentation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in large transformation programs, preferably using agile methodologies.
• Experience with technical requirements gathering or business analysis.
• Experience in the automotive or insurance markets is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Postman, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, XML, CSS, and Excel through macro level.
