What you will do

• Analyze business input to understand user and stakeholder needs.
• Define development scope and support the full software development lifecycle.
• Create detailed documentation and analysis to support solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with the team to groom features and prioritize requirements effectively.
• Facilitate post-project evaluations and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in Business or Systems Analysis, ideally within the Finance or Insurance sector.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights using data visualization tools.
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English skills, including technical writing.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
