What you will do

• Collect and analyse business input to understand user and stakeholder needs.
• Define the scope of development initiatives and support the full development lifecycle.
• Compile clear documentation and perform detailed analysis for solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to groom features and prioritise requirements.
• Facilitate post-project evaluations and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business or systems analysis, ideally in finance or insurance.
• Ability to analyse data, draw business-relevant conclusions, and present insights using data visualisation tools.
• Solid experience writing SQL queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Strong written and verbal English is required.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.
