Business Planning Analyst (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead the formulation and maintenance of Long-Range Planning (LRP) and 5-year revenue outlooks across all product lines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and PLM Directors to align LRP with annual budget planning and sales forecasting.
• Monitor market dynamics and baseline LRP changes using IHS data and customer volume projections.
• Own and administer the CampFire platform for forecasting and quote tracking, including stakeholder training.
• Develop standardized stakeholder reports and visualize key data parameters using Power BI.
• Support PLM management in strategy development, product categorization, and pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis roles within fast-paced environments.
• 2-3 years of experience administering Campfire or similar planning tools.
• Experience in the Automotive or Engineering sector, preferably with OEM or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in Cd Juárez, Mexico.
