Business Analyst (Insurance and Financial Services)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders and end users.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive clarification and decision-making.
• Analyze business processes and system integrations, including API and interface requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product owners on end-to-end solutions.
• Support requirement changes, QA clarification, UAT, production deployment, and post-production issue resolution in Agile/Scrum teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience producing BRDs, SRS documents, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of enterprise business processes and system flows, with experience managing requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills are required, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or data mapping.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools.
