Customer Experience Banker NMLS - Charleston Main

Location: Charleston, West Virginia; office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Welcome walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify consumer and business financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Grow customer relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service, banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship management, sales, and consumer lending skills.
• Ability to complete additional background checks and provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
