What you will do

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Grow customer relationships through follow-up programs, outbound calls, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers about banking products, services, mobile services, and online banking.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: at least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Customer service, communication, presentation, relationship management, and banking skills.
• Cash-handling skills and comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
• NMLS-related fingerprinting and additional background checks are required.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
