Customer Experience Banker - North Barrington

Salary: $23.00–$26.00 hourly

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and mobile and online banking technology.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through follow-up programs, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales; relevant military experience may qualify.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong communication, presentation, sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking skills.
