Financial Relationship Banker - Covington

Location: Covington, TN; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration role.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business lending, and consumer and business deposit products.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
