Area Customer Experience Specialist (Banking)

Location: Main St Clairsville Bo Pitts, United States; office-based with travel between local branch locations

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches and support customer transactions, account servicing, and other branch banking activities.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend or refer customers to suitable deposit, loan, investment, and other banking products.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers on deposits, loans, online banking, mobile banking, and ATM technology.
• Support branch colleagues in delivering consistent customer experiences and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
• Travel between local branch locations throughout the week and adapt to changing daily assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation for travel between multiple branch locations.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Comfort with banking technology, customer service, sales, and financial product discussions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience and demonstrated knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, or business lending.
• Notary license.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
