Senior Learning Facilitation Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Miramar, Florida, United States; remote work capability with occasional travel

Salary: $71,100–$97,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training programs.
• Facilitate training for employees and external audiences while creating an engaging learning environment.
• Select training materials and evaluate online resources to complement facilitated learning.
• Monitor training records for organizational, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze course evaluations and implement improvements to training effectiveness.
• Contribute to special projects and influence department strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of training or learning development experience.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and adult learning principles.
• Experience using a wide range of training tools and managing projects or processes.
• Experience reviewing and updating policies and procedures for compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with healthcare EMR platforms and experience delivering orientation training in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; proficiency with SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Planner.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
