Business Banking Relationship Manager - Eastern MA (Banking)

Salary: $99,500–$165,900 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of small business loan and deposit relationships.
• Develop new banking relationships and service existing business banking clients.
• Partner with branches and referral sources to sell banking products and services.
• Evaluate credit information and loan requests, recommend loan structures, and manage risk.
• Achieve revenue, loan production, deposit production, and portfolio management goals.
• Manage approximately 15 to 40 relationship-managed clients and participate in sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or at least 4 years of related sales or banking experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Sound credit skills for evaluating loan requests.
• Knowledge of personal computers and department software.
• Understanding of cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
