Construction Manager (Data Center)

Location: Haskell, Texas, United States; on-site. Travel of approximately 30% is required.

Compensation: $135,000–$170,000 annually plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.

What you will do

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelopes, MEP infrastructure, and interior tenant improvements.
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, vendors, safety, schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Oversee data halls, electrical and mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality assurance, quality control, safety, building-code, permitting, and standards compliance.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
• Report project progress, risks, milestones, and costs through final turnover and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably covering base build and tenant improvements.
• Experience with large commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera or MS Project, and Bluebeam.
• Strong vendor management, scheduling, communication, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Data center or mission-critical construction experience.
• Experience managing project scopes exceeding $100 million.
• Lean construction or sustainability experience.
• Heavy MEP or electrical systems background.
