Construction Project Specialist

Location: Haskell, TX, United States; on-site

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Support daily activities across active construction sites, including scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and vendor oversight.
• Assist senior Construction Managers with project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviews.
• Monitor construction progress and identify risks, delays, and quality concerns for escalation to project leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, general contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Participate in site walks, inspections, and punch-list generation.
• Support budgeting and cost tracking, including invoice and change-order reviews, while maintaining drawings, as-builts, and closeout documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant construction experience, ideally covering tenant improvement and ground-up projects.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling, procurement, and documentation processes.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications.
• Experience working with general contractors and trade partners.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
