Medical Learning and Development Manager (Veterinary Medicine)

Salary: $86,500–$138,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop medical role-based training for onboarding, continuous learning, and career advancement across hirify.global Vet Care.
• Source, validate, translate, and maintain accurate veterinary and medical content for training materials.
• Collaborate with medical leaders, practice operations, learning architects, instructional designers, and analytics partners.
• Organize practical and technical instruction for Doctors, Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, Client Concierges, Practice Managers, and Veterinary Care Representatives.
• Manage medical training programs from intake through execution, including project timelines and deadlines.
• Define and measure success criteria for skill transfer and learning program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Credential, certification, or degree in veterinary medicine.
• Advanced degree or certification in Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Teaching, plus 3–5 years of practical experience.
• Proven instructional design and performance consulting experience.
• Experience creating knowledge and performance assessments, including multiple-choice and scenario-based tests.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word templates.

Nice to have

• Stand-up training and Train-the-Trainer delivery experience.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems.
