What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex customer issues.
• Develop relationships through appointments, outside calling, referrals, and structured sales processes.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and maintain strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales; relevant military experience may qualify.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
