Sales Performance Consultant

Location: Kingwood, Texas, United States; travel up to 20% of the time

What you will do

• Consult with Sales Management on training needs, personnel performance, and performance improvement recommendations.
• Conduct field observations and develop sales acceleration plans for underperforming Business Performance Advisors.
• Coach Business Performance Advisors through Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 core training programs, accountability calls, and role plays.
• Conduct needs analysis and coordinate with design, development, and delivery teams to implement live and virtual sales training.
• Serve as a sales-process subject matter expert and collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Field Sales Administration.
• Research, improve, and evaluate sales performance programs while preparing management reports on results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least four years of related experience in training and development and process improvement.
• Industry-standard performance consulting certification from Langevin, Six Boxes Performance Thinking, ATD, or DDI, or the ability to obtain one after hire.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
