What you will do

• Partner with Sales and account team members to execute deal strategy, prepare customer engagements, align next steps, and advance the pipeline.
• Conduct deal reviews, identify gaps such as MEDDICC gaps, and refine opportunity strategies.
• Build customer relationships through value-driven interactions and effective meetings.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and execute proof-of-concept and proof-of-value activities against defined success criteria.
• Recommend appropriate solutions and configurations, including seats and SUS, based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product while sharing customer insights, deal learnings, best practices, and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution consulting or a related field.
• Experience supporting deal cycles and delivering customer-facing presentations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Foundational understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
