What you will do

• Design and implement structured mentorship programs, professional development tracks, and personalized learning roadmaps.
• Assess team skills, identify capability gaps, and facilitate peer learning and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Coach consulting professionals, provide actionable feedback, and support career development and emerging leadership.
• Build an inclusive, collaborative team culture through engagement, recognition, team-building, and innovation initiatives.
• Lead project governance, delivery excellence, project controls, risk management, and client relationships.
• Support teams through organizational change while maintaining performance, quality, and morale.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
• 3–5 years of people management experience in a matrixed IT consulting organization.
• Demonstrated success leading project delivery in client-facing environments.
• Experience creating mentorship, growth, skill assessment, and leadership development programs.
• Strong coaching, change management, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills, including validation of AI-generated outputs before production use.
