HR Consulting Senior Associate (Workforce Transformation)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site in Chicago, New York, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, Arlington, or Charlotte, United States. Travel is typically 40–50% and may occasionally reach 80%.

Salary: $110,400–$140,760 per year, with potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support workforce transformation engagements involving organizational change, HR, payroll, workforce operations, governance, and process optimization.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, capacity, capability needs, risks, and operational constraints.
• Design and execute communication strategies, facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and working meetings.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative workforce, HR, payroll, and organizational readiness data and communicate actionable findings.
• Manage assigned workstreams, develop roadmaps, address delivery challenges, and escalate risks.
• Support team coaching, business development proposals, client information requests, and practice development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience; experience in a consulting practice is preferred.
• Experience in program or project management and/or organizational change management.
• Experience with culture awareness, communications planning, stakeholder engagement, job role design, or training planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Change management, program management, financial, accounting, process improvement, or related certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, LaMarsh, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or CPP.
• Experience with communication tools such as Camtasia, Canva, or Poll Everywhere.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI productivity tools to improve analysis, quality, and communication.
