Vice President, Chief of Staff - Rx Marketplace (Healthcare)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States. Time zone: Central or East preferred. Domestic travel required.

Salary: $210,000–$335,000 annually for the Santa Monica office. Additional compensation may include annual cash bonuses or commission and equity grants.

What you will do

• Partner with the President of Rx Marketplace to develop and execute business strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Drive high-impact initiatives and critical projects, tracking risks, dependencies, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategic planning, annual goal setting, performance tracking, executive reporting, and governance processes.
• Prepare and facilitate leadership meetings, executive briefings, board-level presentations, town halls, and leadership offsites.
• Connect Rx Marketplace and enterprise functions to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and accelerate business outcomes.
• Support organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, and crisis response communications.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive leadership, with a record of driving business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence, challenge, and drive decisions at senior levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or marketplace experience preferred; domestic travel is required.
