Scrum Master (SAFe)

What you will do

• Support up to three Agile teams and facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Ensure Scrum ceremonies are productive, time-boxed, and effective.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments, including complex technical blockers affecting delivery.
• Coach teams in Scrum values, self-management, cross-functionality, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration and communication among Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical and business groups.
• Assist Product Owners with Product Goal definition, backlog management, clear backlog items, and high-value increments meeting the Definition of Done.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.
• Understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Agile values, principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Strong technical background and familiarity with software development concepts and workflows.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, servant-leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence without authority, build trust, remove delivery impediments, and promote team self-management.
• Familiarity with Agile Metrics Portal metrics, Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
