Scrum Master III

Location: Full-time remote with periodic onsite support and occasional travel; supports the USAF.

What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple concurrent Agile teams.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices.
• Drive Agile transformation, continuous improvement, and delivery risk management.
• Support SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Lean-Agile delivery practices.
• Track Agile metrics, coordinate stakeholder communications, and prepare executive reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum leadership, Agile coaching, software development programs, or technical project coordination.
• Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple teams, enterprise software development, Agile transformations, and product backlogs.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud-hosted applications, Agile metrics, and scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and successfully pass drug and background checks.

Nice to have

• SecurityX/CASP+, DAWIA Program Management Practitioner, GSEC, Security+, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, PSM, or ICAgile Agile Coach certifications.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub, ServiceNow, Kanban, Lean, and stakeholder management.
• Degree or experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
